[PATCH 1/4] RDMA/core: Fix ib_dma_max_seg_size()

If dev->dma_device->params == NULL then the maximum DMA segment size is
64 KB. See also the dma_get_max_seg_size() implementation. This patch
fixes the following kernel warning:
