Please split this patch into one patch that introduces struct ib_scatterlist
and one patch per driver such that driver maintainers can ack the changes to
the driver they maintain.

Bart,

I'm not sure we can do one patch per driver without breaking compilation (this is new API).

We're in discussions to add sg_table (instead of ib_scatterlist) to the API but it will also cause us to have 1 patch that changes all the users.

unless you have another idea...
