Currently for-next is based on rc2.  In rc3 a SCSI bug was fixed which was preventing my sever from booting.

When do you update for-next?  Rc3/4 does not have the bug.

Could I get for-next updated?  From the looks of things for-next is trailing 1 rc behind for-rc?  Is that by design or just happens to be that way?
