Change xa_for_each iterator

Hi Doug, Jason

Can you please make sure that latest rdma-next includes
commit [1] from Matthew. That commit was accepted in PR [2]
and it currently causes to compilation breakage for series
currently reviewed in the mailing list [3] and in our almost
ready but not submitted internal series.
