[PATCH rdma-core 0/3] mlx5: Enhance RAW QP support via the DV API

This series enhances the RAW QP support for mlx5 via the DV API as follows:
- It enables configuring self-loopback traffic.
- It enables getting the low level device handles for the created QP.

The kernel part was already merged into 'for-next'.
