Haha, switching to dnsmasq does not solve problem: now i have both
servers configured ipv6 address but in logs:
server 1:
fd00::8200:2ff:fe09:fe80/64 scope global dynamic mngtmpaddr noprefixroute
(dmesg is clear)

server 2:
fd00::221:2800:1a0:cfe2/64 scope global dynamic mngtmpaddr
dmesg have error:
IPv6: bond0: IPv6 duplicate address fd00::8200:2ff:fe09:fe80 used by
00:00:00:00:00:00 detected!

So problem persists.
