XRC interop

Hi mlx guys,

I failed to get XRC feature interoperability test to pass between Cavium and Mellanox NIC (connextX-4 LX, installed latest FW, using ib_send_bw with XRC).
I root caused this to be due to unknown BTH header opcode in mlx packet.
I checked the packets via Wireshark (recording with libpcap), and it seems that the BTH header opcode is unknown for the mlx packet.
BTH header opcode format [ 2 Bytes]:
  		 code [5-7]              code [4-0]
Spec:                    101 [XRC]              00000 [send first]
Mellanox:            110 [undefined]  00000 [send first]

Could you have a look at this please?

Thanks, Yuval.
