I think there's one more thing to fix here.
It is redundant to say "with when", it was probably done by mistake. Let's rephrase, maybe this way?

restarted with bonded mode %s

  			 dev_ctx->intf->protocol, enable ?
  			 "enabled" : "disabled");
  	}
