From: Michael J. Ruhl <michael.j.ruhl@xxxxxxxxx> The driver_pstate() function is used to map internal driver state information to externally defined states. The VERIFY_CAP and GOING_UP states are config/training states, but the mapping routing returns the POLLING value.
