[PATCH 2/8] i40iw: Do not poll CCQ after it is destroyed

Control Queue Pair (CQP) OPs, in this case - Update SDs,
cannot poll the Control Completion Queue (CCQ) after CCQ is
destroyed. Instead, poll via registers.
