MOFED ships new core kernel modules, so I doubt hfi1.ko will load
after MOFED is installed.

MOFED has historically shipped a libibverbs that does not follow
upstream's ABI in subtle ways. I would not anticipate that your
libhfi1-rdmav2 would work fully correctly either.

They may even ship libhfi1 since it is in OFED and they are deriving
from OFED. I haven't checked.
