I see the same thing running iser over rxe.  So I think somehow cq objects are
getting leaked in rxe...

can you please supply the test you used over iser to reproduce this ?
ive tried :
fio --rw=randread --bs=64k --numjobs=4 --iodepth=8 --runtime=30 --time_based --loops=1 --ioengine=libaio --direct=1 --invalidate=1 --fsync_on_close=1 --randrepeat=1 --norandommap --exitall --name task1 --filename=/dev/sdb
but failed to reproduce.
