Well Doug is a relatively new maintainer. And the problem we have in the
rdma subsystem is a pretty high degree of change with various
infrastructure changes (new protocols, new drivers, new features, 100G
support, code cleanup ongoing etc). He has trouble keeping up in
particular since he has just been back from maternity leave.

But ongoing development in this area is depending on these changes being
merged in order to move forward with further development and in
order to stabilize what work has been done over the last few month.

So please be generous and lets go through with this merge. We will ensure
that things work smoother in the future.
