Seeing WARN_ON in ib_dealloc_pd from ipoib in kernel 4.3-rc1-debug

This started popping up (not sure if it's new to 4.3-rc1).

Happens when unloading the provider driver (mlx4/mlx5 in my case).

Has anyone seen this?
