I tried to recreate the issue locally, but could not reproduce it.
Could you provide us few information:
1. The firmware version on the card. You can check "ethtool -i ethX"
and provide that info.
2. "lspci -s [bdf] -vvv" and "lspci -s [bdf] -xxx" output on the
function where you hit the issue.
