Is this wrong too?

 * @from: source (must be 64-bit aligned)
 * @count: number of 64-bit quantities to copy
                ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Ie it should be

       zpci_memcpy_toio(to, from, count * 8);

Right?
