hi all,
i'm wondering how to enable 40-bit mppe in the pppd.

...
CHAP authentication succeeded
CHAP authentication succeeded
Disabling 40-bit MPPE; MS-CHAP LM not supported
MPPE required, but both 40-bit and 128-bit disabled.
sent [LCP TermReq id=0x2 "MPPE required but not available"]
rcvd [IPCP ConfReq id=0x10 <addr x.x.x.x>]
Discarded non-LCP packet when LCP not open
rcvd [CCP ConfReq id=0x13 <mppe +H -M -S +L -D -C>]
Discarded non-LCP packet when LCP not open
rcvd [LCP TermAck id=0x2]
Connection terminated.

i have in my options.pptp the line:
require-mppe-40

why it says "Disabling 40-bit MPPE"???

thanks,
Marco
