Suspend-to-idle wake up

Hi all,

I'm having trouble waking up imx28 from suspend-to-idle state using GPIO interrupt/RTC alarm clock.
It turns out that when the system is in suspend-to-ram state, eveything is working fine. 
The problem is only with suspend-to-idle state.

Any idea what the problem could be?
