this pull request contains a couple of fixes:
- Fix the cpu_pm_enter/exit symmetry in the mvebu driver (Gregory Clement)
- Fix the mvebu drivers latency/residency values to reach an
acceptable tradeoff between perf / power (Sebastian Rannou)
