Hi Rafael

> This is a kernel issue. Marc, what kernel did you use?

uname -a says:
Linux nixos 2.6.32.14 #1 SMP Sat May 29 22:06:43 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Which data should I post?

Official kernel sources, patched by:
  kernelPatches.fbcondecor_2_6_31 (framebuffer)
kernelPatches.sec_perm_2_6_24 (one line patch about inode premissions ? )
kernelPatches.aufs2_2_6_32 (Note that this merely the patch needed to build AUFS2 as a standalone package.)
However they seem to be unrelated.
I'll retry without them to be sure.

My kernel config for 2.6.32.14. http://mawercer.de/~marc/config

I'm also using proprietary ati drivers. I don't know whether this is related.

I tried 2.6.34 now. X is not starting for some reason. After resuming
screen is black. Logging in using SSH showed everything was fine.
After suspending a second time the problem appeared again.
So its unrelated to ati drivers and X (?)

NixOS is using gcc44 by default. I can try using a different gcc or
running older kernels. Which to try first?
