Well, "behaves on one prototype" is a useful milestone, but
far from "behaves consistently on lots of systems".  All I'm
saying is that we're not at the latter point yet, and in fact
near enough the former that I'm not surprised when I see that
something doesn't work yet on my hardware.

That code was just added in what, 2.6.9?  And we're not yet
at 2.6.10 ... it's too early to worry!
