[PATCH -next] PCI: endpoint: use kmemdup_nul() in pci_epf_create()

It is more efficient to use kmemdup_nul() if the size is known exactly.

The doc in kernel:
"Note: Use kmemdup_nul() instead if the size is known exactly."
