[PATCH v5 1/3] PCI: hv: Add __aligned(8) to struct retarget_msi_interrupt

Because Hyper-V requires that hypercall arguments be aligned on an 8
byte boundary, add __aligned(8) to struct retarget_msi_interrupt.
