[PATCH] lspci: Decode all defined fields in the Device Capabilities 2 register

Decode all defined fields in the Device Capabilities 2 register.

The difference from "lspci -vv" output now looks like this:

-               DevCap2: Completion Timeout: Range ABC, TimeoutDis+, LTR+, OBFF Not Supported ARIFwd+
