If I read the PCI PM code right the way back to D0 happens like: pci_pm_resume_noirq() pci_pm_default_resume_early() pci_power_up() pci_raw_set_power_state(dev, PCI_D0) To me it looks like __pci_start_power_transition() is not called in the resume path.
