[PATCH] PCI: pcie-candence-ep: remove redundant variable mmc

Variable mmc is being assigned but is never used hence it is redundant
and can be removed.

Cleans up clang warning:
warning: variable 'mmc' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
