Could you add the struct v2_3_3 before v2_4_0 to keep the union sorted.

please use usleep_range, msleep(2) will not sleep 2ms but more, see
Documentation/timers/timers-howto.txt.

OK, I guess that this delay is not related to the resets but to the
resources which are enabled after assert/deassert but lets keep it.

usleep_range

Could you embed qcom_pcie_2_3_3_reset function body here to be
consistent with others qcom_pcie_init_xxx functions.

> +	if (ret)
> +		return ret;

Why you reset endpoint here? We have qcom_pcie_host_init which will
assert/deassert reset signal, so I think you should delete this
qcom_ep_reset_assert invocation.

> +
> +	ret = qcom_pcie_enable_resources_2_3_3(pcie);

Could you embed qcom_pcie_enable_resources_2_3_3 here for the same
reason as for qcom_pcie_2_3_3_reset, consistency with others SoCs.

Please put this like:

	writel(SLV_ADDR_SPACE_SZ,
	       pcie->parf + PCIE20_v3_PARF_SLV_ADDR_SPACE_SIZE);

> +
> +	ret = phy_power_on(pcie->phy);

Do you really need to power_on the phy here? The qcom_pcie_host_init
will power_on the PHY for you, otherwise we call phy_power_on twice
which is weird.

> +	if (ret) {
> +		pcie->ops->deinit(pcie);

When you embed qcom_pcie_enable_resources_2_3_3 body here you have to
release resources on error path.
