I think I fixed the problems below, but I'm a little confused as to
why you didn't see them when you built this code.  So please
double-check https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/helgaas/pci.git/commit/?h=pci/host-qcom&id=a06cb1bf781789efb54c0f01a49e3011df9592ae
and make sure I did it correctly.
