PCIe related BIOS settings ?

Hi All,

I am testing with ‘AMD Radeon Graphics Card’ with two different
vendors computer-on-modules.

This graphics card works fine with “RadiSys Corporation CEGM45 – COM”
and “Phoenix Technologies Ltd BIOS” , but fails with “BT2 Adlink COM
Express Type 2 module” and “American Megatrends Inc – BIOS”. Lspci
does not even show the graphics card.

Complete kernel log is attached.

Any idea, what might be the reason for not detecting the PCIe graphics
card? Is there any BIOS settings related to PCIe needs to be checked?

lspci output:
