This is version 3 of Thunderbolt(TM) driver for non-Apple hardware.

Changes since v2:
 - Moved ICM code to subdirectory - thunderbolt/icm

These patches were pushed to GitHub where they can be reviewed more
comfortably with green/red highlighting:
