Unfortunately, the standard practice on this mailing list is to send a separate message for each patch.

pciehp is the hotplug subsystem for PCIe, and is controlled by the Kconfig value HOTPLUG_PCI_PCIE. In the kernel configuration system, look for "PCI Express Hotplug driver" option under the "PCI support" menu.
