A google search for "ACPI id registration" gives this as the first hit:

http://www.uefi.org/PNP_ACPI_Registry

I believe it has what you want. You did look didn't you?

If your device is not a PCI device request an ACPI id from the ACPI Specification
Workgroup Chairperson. First check that your vendor does not have an ACPI id
already registered. If it is a PCI device you will need a PCI vendor id from
the PCI-SIG. To get a PCI vendor id registered with the PCI-SIG you must be a
member - that is not free (see https://pcisig.com/membership).

If you make a request for an ACPI id I'd strongly recommend that you make
the request from a work based email not a gmail account or that the vendor
you are working with makes the request instead. I do not know if they will
grant a new ACPI id for a company if you cannot show any connection to that
company.
