From: Fabio Estevam <fabio.estevam@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> When the mx6 PCI conctroller is initialized in the bootloader we see a kernel hang inside imx6_add_pcie_port(). Adding a 30ms delay allows the kernel to boot.
