[PATCH v3 1/3] PCI: designware: split samsung and fsl bindings

The glue around the core designware IP is
significantly different between the Exynos and
i.MX, which is reflected in the DT bindings.

Note that this patch doesn't change any bindings,
but just alters the documentation to match reality
of deployed DTs and kernels.
