[RFC PATCHv1 1/5] pci: mvebu: enable driver usage on Kirkwood

We allow the pci-mvebu driver to be compiled on the Kirkwood platform,
and add the 'marvell,kirkwood-pcie' as a compatible string supported
by the driver.
