Tell the PCI core about host bridge address translation so it can take care of bus-to-resource conversion for us. Previously, powerpc used a HEADER quirk to perform this address fixup in the following path: pci_device_add() pci_fixup_device(pci_fixup_header, dev) pcibios_fixup_resources() fixup_resource() This happened for both generic (via pci_scan_child_bus()) and OF device tree enumeration (via of_scan_bus()). This patch removes fixup_resource(), so the HEADER quirk no longer does address fixup. The generic path now does the fixup in __pci_read_base() using the offsets supplied with pci_add_resource_offset(). The OF path now does the fixup with new pcibios_bus_to_resource() calls in of_pci_parse_addrs() and of_scan_pci_bridge().
