[PATCH 2/7] PCI: hv: Add 'Microsoft' to Kconfig prompt

Add the "Microsoft" vendor name to the CONFIG_PCI_HYPERV_INTERFACE Kconfig
prompt so it matches other PCIe drivers and other Hyper-V prompts.
