+MAINTAINERS for platforms supporting PCIe EP mode

Hi All,

I've looped you in since the platform you maintain supports PCIe EP
mode. This series builds NTB functionality on top of PCIe endpoint
framework. For NTB functionality it needs atleast two endpoint
instances. I'm trying to see if someone can help me test this series in
any of the platforms you support.

Even if your platform cannot enable NTB, if you can just apply this
patch series and test pci_epf_test that would be very much helpful.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best Regards,
Kishon
