I've updated the Bz.  We can't just remove that patch without breaking kdump on
all systems with those versions of the MCP55.  It does look like you might have
a different revision of the MCP 55 than I did in my work, so there may be a
chance that we can work around this by being more specific with our pci
sub-device id
