Hi, Update on the interrupt problem as reported by me 2009-12-26. The problem as reported appears in Fedora kernel 2.6.31.6-166.fc12.x86_64. I have now built a vanilla kernel 2.6.32.2 and the problem is solved. No timeouts anymore, not with the MSI interrupts and also not with conventional interrupts.
