That's fine by me; I hate the binary prefixes too, and they're not
ambiguous in this context since PCI BAR sizes are required to be a power
of two.  The relevant bit from the lspci outplut is now:

        Memory at 400000000 (64-bit, prefetchable) [size=16G]
