I used 2010 because I'm not aware of any 2009 machines with MMCONFIG
above 4GB, so using 2009 seemed to add risk without benefit.  If there
are 2009 machines in the field with junk in the upper 32 bits of the
MMCONFIG address, this patch would break them.

But I'm not opposed to using 2009 if you think that's worthwhile.
