Wondering if someone is willing to compile the current PCI Utilities for DOS to allow the extended configuration space to be modified (4096 bytes). The DOS compiled version floating on the internet (2.2.3) only works on 00-FF. I'd like this ability for a project requiring alternation of the pci-pci bridge window resources in DOS prior to chainloading of Windows/Linux. Automatic pci-pci host configuration =========================== Is there anyway the pciutils could also be made to automatically configure the the hosting pci-pci bridge based on say the VID/FID or PCI ID of the required device?? I thought lspci -M might do that but found it doesn't. Comments, suggestions?
