[PATCH 02/12] pcie, aer: AER_PR for printing in aerdrv_errprint.c

Add workaround macro to reduce the number of checkpatch warning:
 WARNING: printk() should include KERN_ facility level

Before:
  total: 0 errors, 10 warnings, 247 lines checked
After:
  total: 0 errors, 1 warnings, 243 lines checked
