Implement PCIe RC MSI function.

Hi,

    I has a ARM based SoC which has a PCIe host(RC).
I would like to implement msi support for the SoC.
But I need some guide to tell me how to porting it.

    I checked the iop13xx and PowerPC,
but seems my PCIe RC didn't have some block like iop13xx and PowerPC.

    Could any one give me some information?
