Here goes take 6. This is a patch to add support for qword (64-bit) read/write to setpci. It would be really nice to get this into pciutils. A few notes: * Manpage - clarified non-atomic access of 8 byte values. * Still working on u64 for Windows. Please scrutinize types.h changes. * I have only tried it on Linux with sysfs.
