Add a new function __assign_irq_vector_block() which allocates an aligned block of vectors suitable for multiple-MSI. Change create_irq_nr, msi_compose_msg and setup_msi_irq to take a 'count'. Split arch_setup_msi_irqs() into setup_msi_irqs and setup_msix_irqs.
