Hi Taku,

I tested these patches after respinning them for pci-2.6/linux-next on a
large server with several hundred root bridges. I had no problems.

The first patch is unnecessary, and the second two need to be respun for
the pci-2.6/linux-next tree after accounting for the removal of the
first patch.
