Easiest thing to do would be to clone my git tree:
  $ git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jbarnes/pci-2.6
  $ cd pci-2.6
  $ git checkout -b linux-next --track origin/linux-next

Then apply the patch and build with your favorite config file.
