[PATCH 2.6.26.2][RESEND] irq: irq and pci_ids patch for Intel Ibex Peak DeviceIDs

Resend with proper whitespace.

This patch adds the Intel Ibex Peak (PCH) LPC and SMBus Controller DeviceIDs.
